FAQs: WHAT YOU ALWAYS WANTED TO KNOW ABOUT NUUKK!
PRODUCTS
Quality is important to us and therefore we pay special attention to where and how our products are manufactured. To keep transport distances as short as possible and quality controls high, we prefer to produce in Germany. However, all products whose production takes place in another country are produced within the EU (Sweden and Austria).
Some of our products are manufactured in a workshop for people with disabilities or psychosocial impairments. However, all our products are checked for quality and packaged in this workshop.
We can deny this with a clear conscience. Our water transfer tattoos are vegan. You still can’t eat them, but they are absolutely harmless for kids’ sensitive skin. The tattoos are regularly dermatologically tested by an independent institute. So far, the result has always been “very good”. They are produced in an Austrian print shop using non-toxic inks.
The application of our tattoos is child’s play!
- Cut out the desired motif
- Clean skin area in question
- Remove the surface protection on the front side
- Now press the image side on the skin
- Then press a damp sponge or cloth onto the tattoo – brush lightly over it
- After about 20 seconds, carefully peel off the backing paper.
- Allow the tattoo to dry briefly. Do not dab off. Done 🙂

The durability of our adhesive tattoos depends on several factors and ranges from a few days to a week. So in summer they tend to last a little shorter than in winter and transitional seasons. Depending on how often you bathe or use bodylotion.
If the tattoos need to be gone earlier, they can be easily removed with a little cream or baby oil.
Our porcelain stickers are suitable for firing in the kitchen oven and can be applied to glass, porcelain or enamel. Unfortunately, they do not adhere to stoneware. Sticked dishes can be washed by hand afterwards. However, it should not be brought into contact with hot or liquid food. Regular knife cuts are also not the best for the stickers.
Our iron-on decals always come with detailed instructions for use.
They are washable at 60 degrees and suitable for the dryer. Ideal for concealing holes and stains. Important: Never leave children ironing without supervision!

We ship 1 – 2 working days after receipt of payment. Often on the same day. Then there is the transit time that the shipping service providers specify. With DHL, for example, this is approx. 1-2 days within Germany.
If you have pre-ordered items, please note your order confirmation. There you will find the date when the product should be back in stock. The earliest dispatch will then take place on this day or the following working day.
If you have ordered other items and need them immediately, please make two separate orders. Unfortunately, we can no longer split shipments after the fact.
Every order has a right of withdrawal of 14 days. Within this period, simply send us an e-mailin which you can explain to us why you wish to cancel the order. Please do not forget to include the order number. The shipping costs for the return shipment must be borne by you and the goods must be in their original condition. The goods may not be returned to our business address. You will find the return address and instructions on the delivery bill enclosed with the delivery.
